HR Systems Joins Skillcloud HCM Solutions, Expanding HR, Payroll and Workforce Support

Skillcloud HCM Solutions, a national provider of HR managed services, payroll support, talent acquisition and HCM technology solutions, today announced its acquisition of HR Systems, a trusted provider of customized human resources and workforce management services. The transaction became effective August 1, 2026.
The acquisition combines HR Systems’ personalized consulting model and more than two decades of practical HR experience with Skillcloud’s scalable infrastructure, specialized expertise and national service capabilities. Existing HR Systems clients will continue working with the advisors they know while gaining access to additional resources across managed payroll, HR operations, compliance, talent acquisition, benefits support and HCM technology.

HR Systems team members will join Skillcloud’s HR and Payroll Managed Services teams. The expanded team will continue serving existing clients while supporting Skillcloud’s continued growth in Nebraska, Texas, Florida and markets nationwide.
